At Soho Heritage, we are dedicated to preserving and promoting the rich heritage of traditional cuisines from Kelantan,Malaysia. We believe that these diverse and flavorful dishes are an important part of our cultural heritage, and we are committed to helping people experience and appreciate them.
Our scope is to rescue and revitalize heritage menus that are at risk of being lost or forgotten. We work closely with local communities and culinary experts to research and recreate authentic recipes, and to showcase the stories and traditions behind these dishes.
We offer a wide range of heritage menus but currently focus on Nasi Tumpang, from classic dishes that have been enjoyed for generations to lesser-known specialties that are ripe for discovery. Our menus are carefully curated to provide a balance of flavors, textures, and cultural influences, and to offer something for everyone.
